What we provide

Zyeon UI is a library of React and Tailwind CSS components, distributed as a shadcn-compatible registry. Every component page shows a live preview, the full source, the generation prompt behind it, and a concept map. Free components are open to everyone; Pro components require a Pro All-Access license.

Your account

• You need an account to buy a license and to create access tokens. Keep your credentials and tokens private — anyone holding a token can install Pro components as you.
• Tokens are personal. Sharing them, publishing them, or using them on behalf of other people or organisations is not permitted.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been compromised, and we'll revoke the affected tokens.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing us; deletion removes your account data as described in the privacy policy.

What you may and may not do with the components

Free components are MIT licensed — see the license page for the exact terms. Pro components are licensed, not sold, and the license page governs them. In short: use them in as many personal and commercial projects as you like, including client work; do not resell or redistribute the components themselves, and do not use them to build a competing component library or registry.

Payment, price and taxes

• Pro All-Access is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no renewal.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any VAT or sales tax for your country is calculated by Stripe and shown before you pay.
• The current price is the one displayed at checkout. We may change the price for future buyers — your existing license is never affected, and never costs more later.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked. The details and how a refund affects your access are on the refund policy page.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and registry available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service — this is a small, independently run product. We may add, change or remove components over time. If a component you installed is later removed from the registry, the copy already in your codebase is yours to keep; a Pro license always includes access to whatever is in the Pro catalogue at any given time, plus everything added later.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if a license is used outside these terms — for example redistributing Pro source, or sharing tokens. Where we can, we'll reach out first. Payments obtained fraudulently or reversed through a chargeback end the license immediately.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The components are provided “as is”. They are building blocks you integrate into your own product, and you remain responsible for testing what you ship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Zyeon UI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes that affect existing licenses will be announced by email to license holders.
