License

Zyeon UI ships two kinds of components under two different licenses. Free components are MIT. Pro components come with a commercial license tied to Pro All-Access. Both let you ship real products, including client work.

Free components — MIT

Every free component, together with its generation prompt and concept map, is released under the MIT License, copyright © 2026 Zyeon. That means you can use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell copies of them, provided the copyright notice and permission notice travel with substantial portions of the code. They are provided without warranty.

Practically: install them, edit them, ship them, no attribution needed in your UI.

Pro components — commercial license

Pro components (blocks and data-driven charts), their source, prompts and concept maps are licensed — not sold — to the holder of a valid Pro All-Access license. The license is perpetual, personal, and covers unlimited projects.

You may:

  • Use Pro components in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
  • Use them in work you deliver to clients, and hand the resulting codebase to that client.
  • Modify them however you like, and keep using the modified version.
  • Keep everything you installed, forever — a Pro license does not expire.

You may not:

  • Resell, republish or redistribute the components themselves — as source, as a template pack, in a registry, or in a repository other than the project you're building.
  • Use them to build a competing component library, registry, block marketplace or UI kit.
  • Share your access tokens, or install Pro components on behalf of people who don't hold a license.
  • Include Pro component source in a public repository or any other place where non-licensees can obtain it as source.

Teams

A Pro All-Access license covers one person. If several developers on a team need to install Pro components, each needs their own license. Handing a finished codebase to colleagues or clients is fine — that's delivery, not redistribution.

If the license ends

A refund or a terminated license (see refunds and terms) ends the permissions above. Pro source must be removed from your projects. Free components are never affected.
